'Tax Tips You Can Bank On,' Issue 12-31-05
HAPPY NEW YEAR’S!!!
Let’s make 2006 the year you actually do reduce your taxes to the absolute minimum allowed under the law, okay? Here Are Three (Very Easy!)
NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS for Slashing Your Taxes to the Legal Minimum
1. Today (RIGHT NOW!) go out to your car and record your Odometer reading. If you use more than one vehicle for business purposes, do this for each vehicle. Make two copies.
Label one: "2005 Ending Odometer Reading" and put it in your 2005 tax file. Label the other: "2006 Beginning Odometer reading" and place it in your brand new 2006 tax file. Or, better yet, record them in your $ixty $econd Tax $avings Organizer.
2. Print-out enough copies of the "Vehicle-Use Log" to cover a 90-day period, and place them in your car. Begin using them TODAY. Fill-in the 4 simple entries every time you start your ignition, from today until April 1st. Then YOU’LL BE FINISHED with vehicle-use record-keeping for the rest of the year! (You can find the Vehicle-Use Log on page 91 of "It’s How Much You KEEP, That Counts! Not how much you Make" 4th Edition.)
3. Enroll in "Getting Inside the Book," my series of four, full-hour tele-coaching sessions, which will begin on Jan. 10th and conclude on Jan. 31st. (The tuition is tax deductible!) This is the last time I will offer this course at the "Introductory Price" of just $37.95. The tuition will increase to $47.95 on February 1st and to $57.95 on March 1st. In this course, I will personally show you how to apply each of the tax breaks to your own individual tax circumstances. Whether or not you take these recommendations, will not effect my lifestyle one bit … but it just might effect your ZIP Code! Think about it.
CHRISTMAS / HANUKKAH / NEW YEAR’S SPECIAL BONUS:
The hugely-popular 24-hour, $97.00 "Special Deal" I offered two weeks ago, is being brought back for TEN DAYS ONLY, January 1-10. It will NOT be repeated, no matter how many emails and calls I get! Come on, think about it, I am giving you more than $517 in value for just $97. How many times can I do that, and still make a living? The answer is TWO. The last time and this time. Then it’s over. Period. Check it out at
http://www.homebusinesstaxsavings.com/12-4-special.html(BTW, if you are one of my Affiliates, because of the humongous discounts I am offering, this will not be a commissionable sale if your refer your friends. But they will love you forever for telling them about it!)

Tax Tips You Can Bank On: Sept 15, 2005
From: Ron Mueller's Tax Tips
I’ve got FOUR important announcements for you in this issue of "Tax Tips You Can Bank On"…
ONE:
The IRS has just announced that the mileage- deduction rate for business use of your vehicles, which was set at 40.5 cents per mile effective January 1, 2005, jumped to 48.5 cents per mile, effective September 1st and lasting through December 31st. The 20% hike is due to the outrageous increase we’ve seen in gas prices.
The deductible rate for Medical and Moving expenses was increased to 22 cents a mile (up from 15 cents for the first eight months of 2005), but the rate for providing services for Charitable Organizations (which is set by Congress, not the
IRS) remains at 14 cents a mile.
If you haven’t yet done your 90-consecutive-day vehicle log, TIME IS RUNNING OUT. Two weeks from now, less than 90 days will be left in 2005.
For more info about recordkeeping requirements, see Chapter 7 of "It’s How Much You KEEP, That Counts!
Not how much you Make" (see item 3, below).
TWO:
In two weeks we will launch the first in a series of monthly "Honest Help from Real Experts"
conference calls…
Are you one of the 200+ who has asked me for guidance concerning when you should change your business structure from a Sole Proprietorship to a Partnership or an S-Corporation or a C-Corp?
Cheri Hill, President of Sage International, the well known Reno-based authority on business structures, was the special guest on a 1-hour conference call on Tuesday, Sept. 27th.
THREE:
The completely updated FOURTH Edition of "It’s How Much You KEEP, That Counts!
Not how much you Make" has just been released.
At
www.HomeBusinessTaxSavings.com you can order it for just $27.95 for the downloadable version or $37.95 for the 178-page printed and bound edition.
(Both tax-deductible, of course!)
I listen to your feedback. Every question that I’ve received 3 or more times since the Third Edition was released, is answered in the Fourth Edition. The Appendices that were included in the Third Edition, have been moved to the web site as downloadable documents, making room for 20+ pages of all-new information. Everything in the Third Edition is still accurate, but the Fourth Edition covers your FAQs, plus all three major Tax Bills passed by Congress in the past 18 months.
FOUR:
Have you visited the web site
www.HomeBusinessTaxSavings.com lately?
It has a whole new look, it’s far easier to navigate, and you’ll find tons of new information, plus several valuable no-cost & low-cost downloads.
Take a look. And give me your feedback.
